The Bungard Titan 3500 is a vertical etching machine for precision applications. In contrast to conventional etching or developing machines, the substrate is rotated during the etching process on a clamping wheel. This prevents preferential directions and process strips safely and reduces and balances etching undercutting.
Das Substrat wird in das Spannrad eingespannt und das Spannrad von oben in die Maschine eingehängt. Die Spezialdüsen sind innen so konstruiert, dass der volle Sprühkegel mit einem Drall auf das rotierende Substrat trifft. Während des Ätzvorganges wird über einen Getriebemotor und Transportwalzen das Spannrad ständig gedreht. Das rotierende Spannrad und der Drall des Sprühkegels der Präzisionsvollkegeldüsen sichern im Zusammenwirken mit dem gleichmäßigen Flüssigkeitsablauf des Ätzmediums ein besonders präzises Ätzergebnis.
Die robuste Maschine ist überwiegend (im Ätzmittel berührenden Bereich ausschließlich) aus PVC, PE, PP und Titan gebaut.
Der Ätzvorgang kann durch die transparente PVC-Frontscheibe optisch kontrolliert werden. Über die Zeitschaltuhr wird die Ätzdauer begrenzt. Außerdem kann der Ätzvorgang durch Anheben des Deckels beendet werden (Sicherheitsschalter).

The EXP 3040 LED is a high speed double sided exposure machine mainly designed for high resolution production of printed circuit boards, stencils and clichés in small and medium quantities !
Two special 50 W LED bulbs ensure almost parallel light.
Construction
Sturdy aluminum frame construction. The chassis consists of a sliding drawer system.
Operation
EXP 3040 LED guarantees a perfect exposure within a minimum of time and energy consumption. A touch display allows easy preset and read out of all settings. UV-light emission controllers are not necessary with LED technology because the bulbs have a lifetime of plus 10.000 hours with very constant light emission.
A vacuum pump provides a close and uniform contact between artwork and board. The machines have powerful cooling fans for the LEDs.
