Productronica 2025 was again a well-attended marketplace, generating a huge number of excellent contacts from around the world for our company. This year, a new option for all our conveyorized systems, like in this picture our DL500 etching and developing machine, attracted particular interest.

ETO = Electronic Transport Oscillation for extending the working zone of conveyor etching or development systems.

In this system, the user can select a global time for any substrate to stay in the etching part of the conveyor system. Moreover, a forward and backward traveling time during that stay can be programmed. Thus, the substrate is perfectly treated for a long duration while oscillating in the treating room and is finally rinsed after that leaving that section

In this way, even extremely long processes and systems can be very well represented with short machines for the R&D area, and comparable results can be achieved.
